Respect For All
April 2026
Dear Families,
643X has been recognized as 2026 Respect for All School!
This achievement is a testament to the ongoing commitment, intentionality, and hard work in creating safe, inclusive, and affirming school communities for all students. At its core, Respect for All is preventive work. By fostering strong relationships, addressing bias proactively, and centering student voice, we are building environments where harm is less likely to occur and where students are equipped with the skills to resolve conflict, stand up for one another, and thrive. This proactive approach is critical to reducing incidents of bullying, harassment, and discrimination, and to cultivating a positive school climate.
A banner will be proudly displayed as a visible symbol of our school community’s commitment to respect, inclusion, and student well-being. 643X is proud to lead with care, intention, and equity.
We are proud to celebrate this milestone with you and look forward to our continued impact.

Dear Families,
We are excited to share that as part of our schoolwide anti-bullying work, students will be participating in a Respect and Accountability Pledge this week.
This pledge is a meaningful opportunity for students to reflect on the importance of kindness, inclusion, and standing up for one another. By signing the pledge, students are making a personal commitment to:
- Treat others with respect, both in person and online
- Report bullying to caring adults when they see it happen
- Help create a safe and welcoming school environment
We encourage you to talk with your child about the pledge. Your support at home reinforces the message we're building together at school: that kindness and courage make a difference. If you have any questions about the pledge or bullying, please reach out to our Respect for All Liaison (Include the name and email address) Thank you for partnering with us to create a more respectful and inclusive school community.
Warmly,
Merrin Palish
Founding Principal, P643X
